Accountant

The Accountant assists with many aspects of ASPEN’s general accounting and financial operations, including financial reporting, and audit preparation. This individual will handle financial tasks including reviewing vendor invoices, preparing and maintaining underlying support for financial reporting and analyzing all aspects of financial transactions. This is a fast-paced, high volume position with critical functions that are important to meeting day-to-day requested demands from internal and external stakeholders. This position will require multi-tasking throughout the day and an ability to think proactively. A high level of organization and attention to detail is a must.

Database Administrator

The Database Administrator is responsible for supporting the organization's functional, data and implementation needs of our Association Management System (AMS). ASPEN is in the process of implementing a new AMS, and experience with Impexium is preferred. The Administrator serves as the main point of contact for the AMS platform related discussions, functional operation, data extraction,system set up and training. The individual is responsible for coordinating all database projects. This position will require multi-tasking and an ability to think proactively. A high level of organization and attention to detail is a must.

Executive Office Administrator

The Executive Office Administrator has three primary areas of responsibility: supporting the Board of Directors, administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer, and office administrator. This is a fast-paced position and requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. The position deals with varied and critical functions that are important to meeting day-to-day requests from internal and external stakeholders. This position will require multi-tasking throughout the day, an ability to think proactively, maintain confidentiality while maintaining a strong professional demeanor.
