ILAS Section Forum: The Nutritional Care Process in Latin America

6:15 PM – 7:45 PM PT

In Person Session

The nutritional care process has been developed by nutrition professionals as a framework to standardize the administration of quality nutritional care. The goal of the process is to improve the application of evidence-based guidelines and as a didactic tool to support research and education in nutrition. In addition, the standardization of terminology makes it possible to generate qualitative and quantitative information that can be measured and analyzed to assess the practice of nutritional care.
