March 28-31, 2020 • Tampa, Florida

Welcome to the ASPEN 2020 Nutrition Science & Practice Conference!

The ASPEN 2020 Nutrition Science & Practice Conference (ASPEN20) is an exceptional, interdisciplinary learning and networking forum for clinicians and researchers who recognize that nutrition is a key ingredient in successful patient outcomes.

UPDATE ON CORONAVIRUS

ASPEN20 in Tampa, FL will take place March 28-31, as scheduled.

We are actively and continuously monitoring the situation around COVID-19 Coronavirus. The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, visitors and staff is our number one priority. ASPEN is taking the following steps to maintain a safe and healthy environment at ASPEN20 working with the Tampa Convention Center:

  • Strategically placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility for guests and employee use
  • Increased frequency on routine cleaning of common touch points throughout the venue (door handles, elevator buttons, countertops, etc.) using virucidal cleaning agent
  • Awareness campaign on safe hand washing onsite
  • Create an environment to promote a ‘touch-free’ exhibition and conference:
    • Communicating the adoption of a ‘no-handshake policy’
    • Reduce/eliminate business card exchanges
      • Exhibitors: Utilize the available lead retrieval system for gathering leads electronically
      • Attendees: We encourage you to utilize available technologies like the ASPEN20 mobile app, AirDrop or other available services to share contact information

We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and updates.

We encourage attendees to monitor the CDC website for additional information, and follow the World Health Organization’s Travel Advice as they prepare to attend ASPEN20.

We look forward to welcoming you to Tampa!
