How many continuing education credits can I receive for attending the ASPEN 2019 Nutrition Science & Practice Conference?

Participation in the full conference allows an individual to claim up to 20.5 contact hours. Participation in the virtual conference allows an individual to claim up to 19.75 contact hours. Participation in pre-conference courses allows an individual to claim up to 4 – 8 contact hours depending on the course.

How do I receive an international letter of invitation?

To receive an invitation letter you must first be a paid registrant. Once you have registered, email or call our office (301.587.6315) and we will send you a letter of invitation (email, fax or mail).

What is included in a Full Registration?

Access to all main conference sessions (note - Pre-conference sessions are an additional fee), invitation to attend the opening reception, access to the Exhibit Hall and Poster Pavilion, special Bookstore pricing for all onsite purchases, opportunities to meet your peers at discipline and section meetings, access to ASPEN’s eLearning Center which contains audio recording and handouts of every session presented at the conference, and complimentary Networking Lunch (Sunday and Monday).

What is included in a Pre-conference Only Registration?

Access to the pre-conference course for which you are registered, pre-conference course syllabus (provided onsite), and access to the pre-conference course recording in ASPEN’s eLearning Center.

Can I register for pre-conference courses on-site?

YES, but space is limited for all pre-conference courses and registration fees will be higher if you register on-site.
