  2. Describe the process for reporting nutrition support therapy-related errors through the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) National Medication Errors Reporting Program (MERP) and the National Cente for Patient Safety (NCPS) Joint Patient Safety Reporting (JPSR) systems.
  3. Describe how enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) support therapy errors impact patient outcomes.
  4. Describe evidence-based interprofessional strategies to reduce EN and PN support therapy errors and improve quality and patient safety.
