Passports and Visa Information

IMPORTANT: If you are an international visitor to the ASPEN Nutrition Science and Practice Conference, please be reminded that the United States government has instituted new, tighter visa requirements for non-immigrant applicants. This may lengthen the time it takes to process your visa application. Make sure you begin your visa application early and well in advance of your travel dates.   • Apply for your visa as early as possible.
  • Attaching evidence of your previous visits to Clinical Nutrition Week may help the application processing time.
  • Attaching evidence of your intended return trip to your home country can shorten the application processing time.

Invitation Letters

You must first register to attend the ASPEN Nutrition Science and Practice Conference prior to requesting an invitation letter. Requests for invitation letters will only be accepted by fax or online. The following information must be included in your Email message requesting a letter of invitation:

  • Your full name
  • Your company name
  • Your full mailing address including
    • Street
    • City
    • Country
    • Postal Code                         
If your Visa request is denied and you need to cancel your registration, please send proof of denial with your written cancellation request and your full payment will be refunded.
