NOVEL project goes International

Based on the response from our international members, A.S.P.E.N. is interested in expanding the scope of the NOVEL project beyond the United States!  If you are an international member who works with pediatric or neonatal patients and have a good understanding of English, this may be of interest to you.

The missions of the NOVEL project will remain the same: work with others to develop or morph existing technologies to allow for non-radiologic verification of feeding tube placement, to discern best practices regarding current methods for nasogastric feeding tube verification and to disseminate this information.  We are hoping to have a face to face meeting at Clinical Nutrition Week to explore the possibility of expanding the NOVEL project to other countries.  If you are interested in participating, please email Beth Lyman at [email protected].  For those who cannot attend Clinical Nutrition Week, please send an email indicating your interest.
