A.S.P.E.N. MEMBERSHIP DUES CATEGORIES
All A.S.P.E.N. active members must hold one of the following degrees or its equivalent: MD, DO, DVM, PharmD, MS or PhD in nutrition, or be a registered dietitian, nurse, or pharmacist engaged in or actively related to any phase of clinical or laboratory use of parenteral and/or enteral nutrition. Industry sales and marketing
representatives, or others involved in parenteral and enteral nutrition are also eligible for active membership.

Physician members include MD, DO and DVM.
Professional members include dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, PhDs, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Non-Health professionals please pay the Physician rate.
* Must be within 2 years of receiving licensure to practice in their field to be considered a new practitioner. Trainees are considered to be those individuals in a residency, internship or formal training program. Copy of licensure information or letter from program director is required with application.
Trainees/New Practitioners will receive A.S.P.E.N.’s journals in electronic format only via Sage Journals Online.
**Student Memberships are available using the print application only as restrictions apply. Student Membership includes electronic only access to A.S.P.E.N.'s journals via Sage Journals Online.
A bimonthly subscription to the Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (JPEN) and Nutrition in Clinical Practice (NCP), including on-line journal access through Sage Journals Online, is included in membership dues.
MEMBERSHIP YEAR
The A.S.P.E.N. renewal cycle is anniversary based. Your membership will be valid for 12 months from the first day of the month you join.
