Yoga Session

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM ET

Sensitize and stabilize your nervous system in preparation for the workday ahead. Instructor Rachel Garcia will lead you through a moderately-paced vinyasa yoga class designed to open up the areas of your body where stagnation accumulates and get good energy flowing throughout.

All levels of fitness and experience are welcome. You will need a yoga mat. You may bring any other props that you have for support, such as a yoga block, a folded blanket, or an eye cover for the final relaxation.
