Information for the Spring 2021 CNSC Exam Testing Period (Posted January 14, 2021)
The registration window for the Spring 2021 CNSC exam is now
open. Individuals interested in sitting
for the CNSC exam can apply here. All applications must
be received by March 17, 2021, no exceptions.
The Spring 2021 testing window is April 24 – May 8, 2021.
Individuals interested in sitting for the Spring 2021 offering
of the CNSC exam will have the option to sit for the exam in a live remote
proctored setting or at a physical testing center. Information about both options is available
in the candidate
handbook.
Live Remote Proctored Exams
- Candidates should carefully read
and review the FAQs for live remote proctored exams at https://ptcny.com/remote-proctor-faqs/.
- Please be advised that it is the candidate’s responsibility to
ensure equipment and workspace meet ALL the requirements for live remote
proctoring. If a candidate makes an appointment for live remote proctoring
and is unable to test due to not meeting technical requirements or physical requirements
of the workspace, the candidate will forfeit their examination fees and will
need to follow the transfer policies in place for the exam as listed in the
candidate handbook.

to determine the programs that meet criteria for "essential workforce as
defined by the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). For the
most up-to-date list of these programs, please click here. The CNSC
examination offered by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification
(NBNSC) is included in the list under the grouping for Professional Testing
Corporation (PTC).
