Using a case-based format, three challenging cases of
nutrition therapy will be presented to a multidisciplinary panel (physician,
pharmacist, dietitian, nurse practitioner).
Panelists will discuss the nuances in providing optimal, evidence-based
care. The discussion will be focused on diagnosis, assessment, prescription,
and monitoring of nutritional interventions, and the panelists will share their
clinical practice strategies as well as “pearls” of wisdom.
