A.S.P.E.N.'s two official journals have been rated the most-read journals for nutrition support professionals, A.S.P.E.N. offers The Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (JPEN), for those interested in clinical research, and Nutrition in Clinical Practice (NCP), for the clinical practice professional. Both are multidisciplinary and bimonthly, and are available online via Sage Journals Online through Sage Publications
Both journals are included as benefits of membership. Paid subscriptions to JPEN and NCP are also available to libraries, institutions and non-members through Sage Publications.

JPEN is the premier scientific journal of nutrition and metabolic support. It publishes original, peer-reviewed studies that define the cutting edge of basic and clinical research in the field. It explores the science of optimizing the care of patients receiving enteral or IV therapies. Also included are: reviews, techniques, brief reports, case reports, and abstracts. NCP is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary publication. It is the highest-rated member benefit by A.S.P.E.N. members and publishes articles about the scientific basis and clinical application of nutrition and nutrition support. NCP contains peer-reviewed comprehensive reviews, clinical research, case observations, and other types of papers written by experts in the field of nutrition and health care practitioners involved in the delivery of specialized nutrition support.
