Thomas Repas DO FACP CDE initially received his medical school education at Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa and was awarded his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in 1994. He subsequently pursued his internal medicine residency training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Training Program in Reno and his fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison.

In addition to being a diplomate of the ABPNS, Dr. Repas is also board certified by the ABIM in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and in Internal Medicine as well as by the ABCL in Clinical Lipidology.

He has been committed to improving public health on the state level and has been honored with being the former chairman of the Diabetes Advisory Group and the Clinical Recommendations Committee for the Wisconsin and the Wyoming Diabetes Prevention and Control Programs respectively.

Dr. Repas is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP) and also is an active member of several other professional societies including the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association and the National Lipid Association.
